Today 3/5/25 once again had Wyatt Plumbing come out again to my home. Ben showed up on time he was very professional came to install a new master bathroom sink faucet did a great job works great. Thank you Ben I would absolutely refer Wyatt Plumbing for all your plumbing needs Today is 10/2/24 Mike came out to clear a AC drain in my attic and to replace parts to all 3 of my toilets that needed it. I have used Wyatt Plumbing several times for repairs in my home and I am always pleased with their work. A big thank you to Mike for his expert professionalism and advice. The office staff was very nice as well to get someone out to my home quickly so a thank you to you too! Today 3/8/21 Mike came out to install new kitchen sink, new kitchen sink faucet, hook up dishwasher, hookup both sinks in master bath and guest bath and shower as always did a great job and thanks Mike for cleaning up that’s a big plus I wish everyone would do that who does repairs in my home so thank you. I have used Wyatt Works Plumbing several times best plumbers in Charlotte !! Today 2/7/21 Jeremy came out to remove existing shower pan and replace with new shower pan liner. Did a great job shower now ready for tile. Jeremy also replaced 3 supply valves in the master bathroom that was needed. I have used WyattWorks plumbing several times and they always do a great job. They are also nice to give me appointments when I need them and the staff is very professional. An extra thanks to Jeremy!! Today 1/11/21 Mike and Scott came out today to evaluate and diagnose a leak very professional have used wyattworks plumbing before and will continue to use for future plumbing jobs Had a AC drain clog up in my Attic and water was backing up out onto the ceiling, Josh and Seth came out right on schedule, cleaned out the drain, flushed and tested for a proper drain flow. I have used WyattWorks Plumbing before for a big water line job that I needed done and they always do a great job and will definitely call them again when plumbing issues arise. Thank you Josh and Seth for getting this fixed and your recommendations, Thank you staff members too for making my appt time work. Appreciate that.

We had a great experience with Benjamin at WyattWorks Plumbing. He came out the same day we called the company. Found out what work was needed, gave us an estimate, and came out the next day to complete the work. We had a busted garbage disposal which was replaced. We also had a hole in the old cast iron pipe drain line and a good portion of that had to be replaced. Benjamin was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely use him and WyattWorks again.

I called WyattWorks after moving into a new- old house to fix a few minor plumbing issues. They came out right away and in discussing various things about the house we discovered we had three very old hot water heaters that needed to be replaced. Shannon and Marvin arranged to come back two days later and remove all three old hot water heaters and replace it with a new tankless one. They had to remove door frames, cut drywall, etc to remove them, it required a lot of labor. They, along with a few other guys worked tirelessly for over 10 hours to get it completed. These guys know what they are doing, and got it done efficiently. We will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Wyatt Works did an absolutely amazing job, upfront pricing, professional work with attention to detail. They did a complete evaluation helping me to avoid another problem down the road. The job was to replace bad pex piping, to which they did an incredible job. Everyone was so nice and respectful. Wyatt Works cleaned everything up. I am really impressed this company. I highly recommend Wyatt Works.

WyattWorks was fast and effective. Got the plumbing vent rerouted, despite the normal surprises behind walls, etc. Joe (tech) was great, as was Marvin (sr tech / master plmbr). Highly recommended team.

Brian was knowledgeable and very courteous. Explained what he was doing, and provided the options on the repairs I needed.

Joe Shore came out to help on a few things - water heater issue, shower spout leak — and he helped me uncover that our water pressure was WAY too high. He had a pressure relief valve installed within an hour or two (including time to leave and pick up the part), and reducing the water pressure seemed to remedy most of the smaller issues that we called about initially. I appreciate him uncovering the root cause rather than putting a bandaid fix on each individual issue. Joe was professional, courteous, and friendly. Easy to talk to, and knows his stuff. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I hope not to have any plumbing issues in the near future, but if I do, I’ll be calling WyattWorks.

Impeccable service, the technician (Ben) provided detailed explanation on my problem, solution and they even got here one day ahead of time due to my urgency.

He was here when he was supposed to be, very professional, very courteous, and I believe he was being very honest with me.

Today, Brian, Shannon, and Caleb came to my home to install a new hot water tank. These three are the most professional plumbers I have ever dealt with. They arrived on time and worked to install the new tank. Shannon and Caleb worked together as a great team. I had a concern in my laundry room with a smell. Brian is a great problem solver. He inspected all the pipes and snaked a cable in a sewer line and noticed the clog and took care of the line and the smell was gone. I will always call WyattWorks for any plumbing needs I have. Thank you Brian Keever from WyattWorks! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what Brian did for me today!!! He provided a very welcome solution to my problem after two other companies and 4 technicians failed to resolve a clogged shower drain! Brian earned my trust and future business today! In January I had a shower drain clog. A large well known company attempted to fix and failed. They sent three different technicians who all failed to unclog drain but did recommend I replace all the pipes in my house! I needed a second opinion. The next company I called sent a technician out to snake the drain and that was unsuccessful. That tech told me he would go back to office and confer with his team and follow up with me and never called me back! WyattWorks was recommended from a neighbor- and I am so grateful! When I explained my need for a second opinion they said understand the need for a second opinion and waived the initial inspection fees made an appointment. Brian from WyattWorks arrived promptly as promised and not only did he identify and fix the problem, he said it was $93 or free - if he wasn’t able to unclog drain I wouldn’t be charged! I was skeptical but happy to see in short time Brian pulled a hair clog and had the drain back to working order !!!! Made me happy to pay the $93!!! Not only was Brian prompt, professional, able to solve my problem that the 4 previous technicians were unable to do - he did it quickly! Brian had to go through the vent pipes on roof to clear the drain clog - and while he was on my roof he took his blower and cleaned leaves and sticks off my roof! He also bagged the leaves and took them with and left my tub cleaner than it was when he arrived! Brian was a pleasure to work with, good at his job, and went way above and beyond! His help was such a relief it nearly brought a tear to my eye!!! I will go to WyattWorks for any plumbing help I need in the future!

Brian was great! Found the leak, repaired it and also checked our water pressure. It was too high, measuring at 100ps. After I adjusted the PRV some we determined that it was bad and we were able to get that replaced in the same visit!

This was my second time using WyattWorks and I was equally impressed today as I was the first time! On time. Courteous. Professional. Kind. Took care of our issue for a reasonable price. I’ll continue to use WyattWorks! Thank you for a job well done!
