Technician Michael came out and checked out the kitchen faucet. He tightened it up and seemed to work better but after he left it started leaking again. He came right back out the next call and replaced the faucet. Everything works great now. Very happy with the service. Super friendly and received text update and confirmation timely.

Joe and Sam came out and repaired a leak in the crawlspace that was occurring due to a blockage. They cleared the blockage and replaced some old cast iron pipe with pvc and cleaned up the bathtub which had backed up. Kudos! They also gave us information for crawlspace maintenance and set us up to have camera evaluation of our plumbing down to the street connection.
Brenden came out this morning and was able to quickly locate the source of our issue. He worked with the team to turn around a quote and get folks scheduled in 2 days for a main sewer line repair.
Drew, Ryan, and Elijah came out and cut away a chunk of my driveway too dig down and repair the line. They did a fantastic job getting it back to working shape. They even offered to pour concrete to fill the hole they cut away, which is a service they typically do not provide. They were polite, friendly, and fast.
I will be using WyattWorks going forward because of everyone's professionalism and thoroughness.

Phillip Lardieri was a true professional and did amazing and quick work to get us a new water heater after ours went out impacting our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. We are so appreciative to him as well as Sam who assisted and Hunter who did terrific work on a leak months ago. I learned about Wyattworks from a review in the new edition of “Best Picks Reports”. I contacted Wyattworks about a leaking exterior faucet. Additionally I wanted to replace a non-operable garbage disposal. My initial contact with the company office was handled with pleasant professionalism. An appointment was scheduled and the Technician, Michael, arrived on time. Michael took the time to sit with me to discuss the issues I identified but we also discussed other areas of concern that he brought to my attention after a cursory examination of all the plumbing fixtures in my home. Michael removed the old disposal and installed the new one that I chose after reviewing options. The repair of the exterior faucet was more complicated, involving cutting through interior drywall to access the problem area. But Michael expertly corrected the problem and left the work areas as clean as he found them. I highly recommend Wyattworks if you are in need of plumbing services. They are consummate professionals. I was not pressured into any of the choices offered regarding products or services. They are just nice, polite people to work with. I believe they treated my home as if it was their home. I will not hesitate to call on them in the future!

Grateful for Joe and the team’s quick response to my water heater and disposal breaking! I was amazed to get same day service— they had changed out the gas water heater and garbage disposal in just a few hours. They had to wait to get some parts delivered but they were not idle while they waited. They cleaned up and I am glad to recommend them. Thanks for your professionalism and timely service.

Man where do I start.. from Courtney answering our calls pleasantly and directing us to who we need to speak to - to Joe who handled our appointment and helped us with the financials and sharing his expertise when we needed it - to Ben the manager, who pulled with a smile and gave us multiple quotes WITH financing options and even waived the service fee (who does that?! 🔥) to Elijah and Drew who sealed the deal by coming in the rain and replaced our main plumbing line and treated my family and house with the upmost respect and care. Genuinely I see why the reviews are where they are, from top to bottom the process was smooth sailing. You can feel the care behind the staff of this company being family owned - I felt like I was apart of the family throughout the process and I highly encourage everyone to check them out!!
My hot water heater failed and I called WyattWorks and they set me up for service the next day. They took all my details and when the technician came out he inspected my old heater and then provided me several options. Eric Irvin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision for my financial situation and my homes future. They offer financing options for anyone that isn't rich and doesn't have thousands of dollars lying around. Eric got right to work and completed the huge job the same day. I'm more than satisfied and happy with the quality of work that was done and the efficient time it was completed. If I ever have future plumbing needs, I will reach out to WyattWorks immediately.
Phillip did a great job with routing a gas line for us to our fireplace. We appreciated how he explained everything to us. Reason I can’t give 5 stars is due to scheduling snafu caused in office. Otherwise, very nice people, great service
