WyattWorks provides excellent service. I had a clogged toilet and they sent a technician the same day. He was professional and courteous but so was the customer service rep that took the call. The next day at no charge, they sent a technician to review my pipes on the outside of the home to ensure there was no additional issues. I have found myself a plumbing service. They will be my first call!😃

I've edited my review and upgraded it to a 4 star because someone from the company (Joe from Dispatch) reached out to me (which I sincerely appreciate) Some genuine concerns remain though. The AI system for text messaging is HORRIBLE. I received a text stating that "due to the high volume of emergency service requests today, we will be unable to make your appointment". This was VERY discouraging as I specifically asked if my appointment would be for today. (03.03.26) I was told it was. I changed my schedule because of that assurance. Imagine my surprise when an hour and eight minutes later I received another message, this time a "confirmation" message stating my appointment was next in line. This was confusing. I called the company and spoke to Joe who said he attempted to call me. I checked my phone log and there was no record of receiving a call from WyattWorks Plumbing. Joe told me that it uses an automated service that is sometimes classified as spam. I understand the desire to maximize efficiency and productivity which technology can provide but you have a service business built on relationships and trust. Errors like those I cited erode that trust and shatter confidence.
