On the way to work I heard a radio ad about “the son of a plumber” running a plumbing company. His grandfather was a plumber, he was a plumber, and I’m sure his child will be a plumber. My father was a builder. By the time they were 10, my brothers could read blueprints. If they really were sons of plumbers, they should be knowledgeable so I googled them. I had options of calling them, sending an email, or chatting. I chose to chat. I typed that I needed “the son of the plumber” to come see my 100 year old house. I was worried they did not go to Gastonia. The next thing I knew Seth, the actual son of the plumber, texted back. I swear it was like finding one of the Beatles. I was so excited!!!! As we were texting, his staff reached out by phone and took my contact information and began the process of scheduling me. That was yesterday at 4 pm. At 10 am this morning, Mike and Malachi of Wyatt Works were at my house. Please understand that they were the 4th plumber that came to see my issue. I had plumber PTSD. One said it was a tree branch growing under my shower. Another said the house was too old and he was not comfortable doing it. The third said he would have to rip up the whole shower. The first 2 ran, I threw the 3rd out. Mike didn’t blink! He immediately assessed and articulated my issue. When he said “No problem, it will take about an hour, I was speechless. If I let him, he would have shown me every single thing he was going to do. I opted out and told him to do him. And now, that which was unfixable is fixed. I would do commercials for Wyatt Works. In the space of 2 hours, I have given their number to 3 of my friends who are as desperate for quality plumbing as I was. I can’t remember the last time I was happy to write a check. Not expensive at all! Thank you Seth, Courtney, Mike and Malachi. Great teamwork makes a happy customer. And I am very happy. Hope I do not have to see them again but if I have a problem, I will call them! Finally, if I may make 1 suggestion, I think you should be called SON OF A PLUMBER!!!

From the first call to the text updates through the appointment this team led by Dawson was great. Straightforward and talked through a few possibilities. They fixed our garage electrical that was not to code and unfitted with more outlets to make garage more functional. Great work!

WW was awesome, I called them 2 hours ago about my sink being backed up, scheduling was easy, communication was solid. Brenden was at my home within the hour (I wasn't even in a rush, they were just quick), polite and professional, was able to snake the line successfully, double checked a couple of angles to make sure everything was flowing the way it should, ran my card, and disappeared into the sunset after a job well done. Work didn't even notice my absence, and I'm about to wash those dirty dishes. That was my first experience with WW, and can recommend and would use again. Price with taxes added was under $100 to snake the line, which feels reasonable compared to the price of groceries these days.

I had a shower leak and was lucky enough to have Brenden as my technician . He responded very quickly, was very friendly explained everything he was going to do and was very thorough . About an hour after the leak started I heard a gush of water, which may have cleared the clogged drain, Brenden still spent time checking everything and made sure the immediate issue was solved before he left. He advised me what to look for and call him and he would come back. I highly recommend Brenden and will request him in the future.

Omario came out, was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. Upfront quote and diagnosis was a breath of fresh air. After he cut open the drywall in the master bath and garage he found the exact issue, was able to draw up a replacement line quote for my rusted valves and out of code Plex (house was made in the 80's) and got to completing it and cleaning up in no time.
