On the way to work I heard a radio ad about “the son of a plumber” running a plumbing company. His grandfather was a plumber, he was a plumber, and I’m sure his child will be a plumber. My father was a builder. By the time they were 10, my brothers could read blueprints. If they really were sons of plumbers, they should be knowledgeable so I googled them. I had options of calling them, sending an email, or chatting. I chose to chat. I typed that I needed “the son of the plumber” to come see my 100 year old house. I was worried they did not go to Gastonia. The next thing I knew Seth, the actual son of the plumber, texted back. I swear it was like finding one of the Beatles. I was so excited!!!! As we were texting, his staff reached out by phone and took my contact information and began the process of scheduling me. That was yesterday at 4 pm. At 10 am this morning, Mike and Malachi of Wyatt Works were at my house. Please understand that they were the 4th plumber that came to see my issue. I had plumber PTSD. One said it was a tree branch growing under my shower. Another said the house was too old and he was not comfortable doing it. The third said he would have to rip up the whole shower. The first 2 ran, I threw the 3rd out. Mike didn’t blink! He immediately assessed and articulated my issue. When he said “No problem, it will take about an hour, I was speechless. If I let him, he would have shown me every single thing he was going to do. I opted out and told him to do him. And now, that which was unfixable is fixed. I would do commercials for Wyatt Works. In the space of 2 hours, I have given their number to 3 of my friends who are as desperate for quality plumbing as I was. I can’t remember the last time I was happy to write a check. Not expensive at all! Thank you Seth, Courtney, Mike and Malachi. Great teamwork makes a happy customer. And I am very happy. Hope I do not have to see them again but if I have a problem, I will call them! Finally, if I may make 1 suggestion, I think you should be called SON OF A PLUMBER!!!

Brett and Eric both are very professional and detailed about their work. They were right on time and explained the situation and how to fix it. My water heater was leaking water and they fixed it very quickly, appreciate it

Had Dawson Weathers for electric and Brett Roy for plumbing. Both were true professionals and gentlemen. They were scheduled for the same time in the morning and finished a few hours later within minutes of one another fixing some open items in our home (bad switches and an over-pressured water supply causing water heater issues). Will DEFINITELY be using WyattWorks again and requesting Dawson and Brett!

I had an excellent experience with WyattWorks Plumbing and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Technicians Eric Irvin and Phillip Lardieri were professional, prompt, and clearly very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue and walked me through exactly what had caused the problem, explaining everything in layman’s terms for those not educated in plumbing. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for our home. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived, which is not something you always see. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing a great customer experience. Overall, this was top-notch service from start to finish. I highly recommend WyattWorks Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

A sudden bubbling in the toilet led to standing water at every drain. I called WyattWorks and they had a tech on the way 45 minutes later. Brenden came out to help us. I appreciated his troubleshooting mindset and helping diagnose the issue. The best first step was a septic pump. They were able to coordinate a septic service in less than an hour and had us back to operational before the end of the day. They were also very considerate and dug up some iris plants and got them out of the way before digging to find the tank. We should have a follow up appointment for complementary scoping of our drains to make sure everything else is okay. Because we coordinated through them, it was on the more expensive side of the range. It would have been cheaper to be my own project manager and get a septic service, AND having them take care of it made a stressful situation a lot easier.

A tree fell and dislocated our home’s electrical line at 3am. Wyatt’s team was on-site first thing in morning and took care of everything. Dawson and his team handled everything with the power company to ensure we got power back the same day. Rebuilt and replaced the damage better than the original. They are now my go to Charlotte MEP contractor.

Today was a WOW day for me. For years we were taking cold showers and had to reset the water heater every time we wanted to take a shower. Joe is the best plumber ever to me. He explained the hazards and damage of resting all the time and gave us great information on the water heater we had and needed. He gave us financial options to pay for the new water heater and was patient, polite, funny, and kind through the entire process. As long as he is around, Wyatt Plumbing are now my new plumbers. Joe was our plumber for the day instead of our normal plumber. We needed our tankless water heater serviced for the year. We also needed an estimate to fix 2 of our toilets that were running and replace our kitchen faucet with a new model. We were pleasantly surprised that he was able to do the other tasks the same day. The toilets were old and needed to be replaced anyway because it was their expiration date unfortunately. Dawson & Reagan came to give an estimate for electrical work. Electrical is a new service that Wyatt Works offers. So that saved me from having to find a new electrician on my own after we found out the one we used in the past had very recently retired. We needed (2) 4 foot ceiling light fixtures installed as well as 2 light switches with dimmer sliders. Dawson & Reagan too were able to do the work the same day which we weren’t expecting. Joe, Dawson & Reagan did a great job with everything. They left everything clean before they left. All 3 guys was very courteous, professional, polite and personable. We will continue to use Wyatt Works for our plumbing & electrical needs.
