On the way to work I heard a radio ad about “the son of a plumber” running a plumbing company. His grandfather was a plumber, he was a plumber, and I’m sure his child will be a plumber. My father was a builder. By the time they were 10, my brothers could read blueprints. If they really were sons of plumbers, they should be knowledgeable so I googled them. I had options of calling them, sending an email, or chatting. I chose to chat. I typed that I needed “the son of the plumber” to come see my 100 year old house. I was worried they did not go to Gastonia. The next thing I knew Seth, the actual son of the plumber, texted back. I swear it was like finding one of the Beatles. I was so excited!!!! As we were texting, his staff reached out by phone and took my contact information and began the process of scheduling me. That was yesterday at 4 pm. At 10 am this morning, Mike and Malachi of Wyatt Works were at my house. Please understand that they were the 4th plumber that came to see my issue. I had plumber PTSD. One said it was a tree branch growing under my shower. Another said the house was too old and he was not comfortable doing it. The third said he would have to rip up the whole shower. The first 2 ran, I threw the 3rd out. Mike didn’t blink! He immediately assessed and articulated my issue. When he said “No problem, it will take about an hour, I was speechless. If I let him, he would have shown me every single thing he was going to do. I opted out and told him to do him. And now, that which was unfixable is fixed. I would do commercials for Wyatt Works. In the space of 2 hours, I have given their number to 3 of my friends who are as desperate for quality plumbing as I was. I can’t remember the last time I was happy to write a check. Not expensive at all! Thank you Seth, Courtney, Mike and Malachi. Great teamwork makes a happy customer. And I am very happy. Hope I do not have to see them again but if I have a problem, I will call them! Finally, if I may make 1 suggestion, I think you should be called SON OF A PLUMBER!!!

We used the electrical services fromWyattWorks. Our house is 15 years old and we had a list of things that needed to be repaired. Each item was addressed and was professionally replaced or repaired. This company is excellent!! From the lady who answered the phone to set up my appointment, to the gentleman Pablo who did the inspection, everyone was a pleasure to work with. Pablo was not only hands-on but offered a lot of insights throughout the process that were super helpful. We will definitely use WyattWorks any time we have any plumbing needs!

WyattWorks provides excellent service. I had a clogged toilet and they sent a technician the same day. He was professional and courteous but so was the customer service rep that took the call. The next day at no charge, they sent a technician to review my pipes on the outside of the home to ensure there was no additional issues. I have found myself a plumbing service. They will be my first call!😃

I've edited my review and upgraded it to a 4 star because someone from the company (Joe from Dispatch) reached out to me (which I sincerely appreciate) Some genuine concerns remain though. The AI system for text messaging is HORRIBLE. I received a text stating that "due to the high volume of emergency service requests today, we will be unable to make your appointment". This was VERY discouraging as I specifically asked if my appointment would be for today. (03.03.26) I was told it was. I changed my schedule because of that assurance. Imagine my surprise when an hour and eight minutes later I received another message, this time a "confirmation" message stating my appointment was next in line. This was confusing. I called the company and spoke to Joe who said he attempted to call me. I checked my phone log and there was no record of receiving a call from WyattWorks Plumbing. Joe told me that it uses an automated service that is sometimes classified as spam. I understand the desire to maximize efficiency and productivity which technology can provide but you have a service business built on relationships and trust. Errors like those I cited erode that trust and shatter confidence.
