Brenden was at my home within 45 minutes of calling for an appointment. He was very friendly. He clearly communicated what he would be doing and cleaned up when the job was complete.

The best experience! Brenden was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed and fixed my clogged washer drainage pipe, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He even went above and beyond by taking the time to interact with my busy three-year-old, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the visit so much easier. It’s rare to find someone who provides both excellent workmanship and such genuine customer service. I couldn’t recommend Brenden more highly!

Dawson was very helpful, courteous and thorough. He explained the process, provided options and completed the request effeciently. Would have been 5 stars, but only because of the price, I thought it was high for the 3 items that were requested and completed. I will give 5 stars to Dawson and the repairs themselves, but 4 stars for the price.

Had a very good service experience with Philip for a plumbing issue. He was extremely thorough and patient in diagnosing the problem and offering options for fixing that and another issue discovered, including waiting to come back the next day so he could pick up a better quality part. For months I’ve heard the WyattWorks ”$93 or It’s Free” drain cleaning commercial on the radio. I’ll admit, I always wondered if it was too good to be true. Last night my washing machine drain backed up. I tried everything I could to clear it myself, but nothing worked. Finally, I decided to give the $93 or It’s Free offer a shot and see if it was the real deal. It absolutely was. Brendan showed up exactly as promised, got right to work, and didn’t stop until the clog was completely cleared. The price was exactly what they advertised—no games, no surprises. But what impressed me even more was Brendan himself. He was hands down the best service technician I’ve ever had in my home—and that’s compared to appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing…everything. Professional, friendly, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving the problem the right way. If you’re dealing with a clogged drain, don’t waste your time fighting it like I did. Just pick up the phone, call WyattWorks, and ask for Brendan. You’ll be glad you did. Could not have been a better first experience. Brian was absolutely fantastic - on-time, personable, and walked us through what was going on with the sinkhole in our front yard in detail. In addition, he gave us the advice that this was likely a city issue, and provided all of the images & videos of the broken pipe so that it was incredibly easy to get a response from Charlotte Water. This group is our go-to for any plumbing needs moving forward, and Brian gets all the credit for that!

Our technician Hunter went the extra mile to track down the required parts to make sure the multiple projects needed were completed in a timely manner. He also provided some really valuable insight on future work that we are considering and I can confidently say that WyattWorks will be our go-to service providers going forward.

First time using WyattWorks and the electrical service was excellent, Dawson communicated everything and provided several options with very reasonable prices.
