Adam came out to put the camera down my sewer pipes and showed me the whole process..he was so kind and professional..korbin and his brother Cayden were such gentlemen so kind and professional also love all the guys that came out to help complete the job..and it was a reasonable price.. Jean the plumber did a great job. He went over each aspect of the job. Cleaned all the work area so it looked like no one had been there.

Andrew went above what was expected trying to help with our problem. We were having problems with electrical surges. He checked all the electric boxes and the meter. He had us contact the electric company to be sure it wasn't on their end before spending big bucks on digging up our yard to see if was something under ground. The electric company came out and replaced something in the transformer. Now we wait to see if the surges are over. I am so grateful that he recommended other options. Hopefully the transformer was the problem and we can save some money. I would definitely recommend Wyattworks.

All of a sudden I had a clogged kitchen drain that would come up on both sides of the double sink. Usually I could fix it on my own but not this time not with my back and neck the way it is. I called Wyatt Works about 11am, by 1pm, Scott was at my house. Snaked the drain 2x usung the 25ft Snake. Clog was beyond the 25ft. Scott had to drive 40 minutes, 1 way, and went & got the Hydro Pressure device. He was done, perfectly cleaned-up & ready to leave by 3:15. I hope I don't ever need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them, nor will I hesitate to refer them. If you have to have a plumber, they're the people to call. 😉😇

I called Kevin out to repair a leak on our well pump system in the basement. He located the leak and called me and sent pictures. He also is going to be giving us a price on a tankless water heater which I’m probably going to go with for sure and he is also going to reroute a gas line. I can’t say enough about these guys they are just incredibly professional, just all-around great folks. I want to thank the girls that picked up the call in the office. Thumbs up to Kelly and Maria. I also can’t say enough about Luke and Shawny, and Amy. They are just incredibly professional and talented young people who take their job very seriously. Wyattworks is my go to company from here on out. The price is a little steep but so is the Ritz Carlton.

Kyle came in a timely manner, very professional. Explained what was going on and taught us what to do if that happened again. Fixed the problem!! Gave us suggestions for upgrading if we ever add more electrical to our home. You have a new customer for sure!

Alex H did a great job. He was friendly, competent, fast and on time. He did 4 different repairs/installations in less than 90 minutes. He cleaned up following the repairs. I will continue to use WtattWorks and I will always specifically request Alex

Jesse and his coworker did a very good job. I received multiple service scenarios to include what I wanted, needed and upgrade options. The work I had done was reasonably priced and they were able to stay after the quote and perform the job. All around a good experience. I will definitely give them first priority on future projects.

I needed a shower faucet cartridge replaced; made the appointment via Chat on their website, they texted to confirm. The day of, I got a text with a picture of the tech who was on his way - he arrived on time, assessed the problem, gave me a best case/worse case quote, and fixed it. (Best case won). He was courteous, knowledgeable, and left no evidence that work was done. Wyattworks isn't the cheapest, but they are the best!

This is the 4th time I've had to call a plumber and I keep coming back to Wyatt works. They're transparent about their options and fair with pricing. It's so rare that a company as a whole is so personable. So far, I've met Pete, Kyle, and now Austin and everyone has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and just really great to work with. Definitely recommend.

Andrew did some rewiring in my quirky old house in Shaker Heights, going 5 extra miles with troubleshooting and eventually coming up with a solution that saved me a bundle. Wyatt Works is a terrific business!

We had a clogged drain and WyattWorks had someone out the very next day. Alex was professional and kept me informed each step of the way. The pipes we severely clogged and needed replacing. He walked me through each option and each step he took to replace the pips, test them out, and cleaned up everything. Alex was friendly, communicated everything and even had a treat for my dog! I definitely recommend them!
