I called on a Monday and they were able to schedule appointment for the next day. Adam showed up 15 minutes before the appointment time. He was very polite and professional. Explained everything he as going to do and was done in no time.

The sewage was backing up into my basement(with carpet) any time I flushed, showered, washed dishes and clothes, or even ran any water. After contacting many other plumbers in my area with run around and long wait times(2weeks out) I reached out to Wyatt Works Plumbing who were friendly and quick to come out. Adam and Rakeem came in listened to me, acted professionally, spent the time and effort to find my outside clean out, and helped me out tremendously! And for a great price! Highly recommend them!

Adam came out regarding a problem in the basement. His knowledge and walking me through the problems were great. No hard sales. In fact he let me know that what I was thinking was overkill and there were better alternatives. That honesty and transfer of knowledge led me to call WyattWorks again for another plumbing problem. That time David came out, looked at the problems and came up with 4 options, from fixing everything he found to only what I called about. I picked individual things off the list that I thought were most important and he started right away. He worked late to make sure he got it done and cleaned up before leaving. Both Adam and David were super knowledgeable, had integrity and I hope the rest of WyattWorks are as good as they are. I WILL definitely use them again.

Excellent! Scott was the plumber that Wyatt Works sent out to look at our dump pump that was not working properly. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything very well, in terms I could understand, without making me feel bad. He was able to fix the sump pump that day and resolve an issue that was causing the pump to fail. He also found mold that needed to be checked and contacted an affiliated company to help with that. From first contact with Wyatt Works to the end of service, it was a positive experience. I’ve heard their commercials on the radio and they live up to their advertisement.

Jesse was prompt & professional. He found that nothing was wrong with my hot water heater & explained in detail what we were doing wrong when trying to light the pilot. Very helpful. Also flushed the tank. Just felt a little uncomfortable when he said he didn’t want to locate the main water shut off valve under the crawl space in my manufactured home. But the experience was good & I would use WyattWorks plumbing again. Thank you!

Tim is amazing and super knowledgeable. He helped try to figure out where the leak was coming from. Although we weren’t successful in finding the leak, he guided me into tracking when leak occurs and following up for further inspection.

From start to finish the level of service was top notch. The team was very personable, professional and did an excellent job. It was a service call I was happy to pay for and if needed, I will not hesitate to reach out to this organization in the future.

Luke and Jamal were outstanding, professional, and personable in every way. The job involved repairing a gas leak and installing a new gasline as well as repairing a kitchen drain with new piping. Work areas were left completely clean. We highly recommend this team!
