At Cleveland Water & Fire Restoration, we've enjoyed working alongside WyattWorks Plumbing on many projects. As a family-run business led by a father and his three sons, it is obvious they really care about the integrity of their company and the families they serve. When they say "consider it done", they really mean it. For us as a restoration company, we typically show up to a family's home on their worst days - often after a sewer backup flooded their basement or a leaking pipe damaged several rooms in their house. When we see WyattWorks is on the job, we know the issue will be resolved promptly and the homeowner is in the hands of experts who care. Unlike some so-called “professional plumbers” out there who show up to your home in a dirty t-shirt, the WyattWorks team stands out when they get to a house in their clean, white uniforms. To us, this really shows how much they care about keeping their customers' homes clean while performing their work with precision as plumbing professionals. Jesse did a great job and was very personable, professional and respectful. He listened to me about what I wanted to have accomplished, analyzed the current situation and then gave me a list of options along with prices for each. I chose the option that I liked best and he immediately started to work. After a couple hours he had the work completed and cleaned up after his work. I now have a new toilet and support ring, three new quarter-turn shutoff valves and a new Moen fixture on the bathroom sink. I’m very satisfied with Jesse’s work and would be happy to have him respond to any plumbing needs in the future.

really great experience the kind you don't expect! Arranged for service at my office, everything went like clockwork. Price was about half of what I expected, and options were offered for the removal of a sink that was wall hung and sort of complicated to remove. The person they sent out was experienced, personable, respectful to the workspace, arrived on time, and cleaned up the debris from the jobsite. Couldnt ask for a better job! I wouldn't hesitate to use this conpany again.

We contacted Wyatt Works to have a faucet replaced in our upstairs bathroom. Our home is old so we are always gritting our teeth when having to call for service....even if changing out a faucet from an old leaky one to a new one. We are so thrilled that Michael Sorensen was sent to us. He did a superb job and took the time to explain and did his job to show and offer different services throughout the home if needed. We did only call for this one task but thought you should know he did what is needed from him through corporate and showed us the pricing in 5 tiers so that we were not surprised at the end...even though we thought a little too pricey. [You may get more customers if you start lowering prices compared to others out there.] We know it's not Michael and did not discuss this with him. He is the professional that has to do the actual work. His old-fashioned values are so welcome and very much needed these days. Hopefully you know to value him and make sure he is rewarded. We know how companies can take advantage of good workers. We did purchase the faucet ourselves which we are glad. We did notice that prices have gone way up for service since we last used them in 2022; so not too happy with the price but had to have this done. Thank you for sending Michael to us! 10 Stars for Michael!

I want everyone to know that Justin Styskel is the best. He was prompt and friendly. I told him to be careful because I had a burnt out light at the landing to the basement and he offered to and did can't the lightbulb. Justin got the drain cleared in no time at all. Never be so excited to do laundry and dishes.

The technician Jesse McBride hit the mark. Although I was not home at the time of service, my wife was impressed that he went over our entire plumbing system and explained all his observations. I was especially impressed that he called me to answer a question I had. I am waiting for a photo that shows a slight leak in a fitting found during the inspection. I would recommend WyattWorks.
