Another successful electrical repair by Kyle. He found a replacement kitchen fan, retrofitted it for the odd spot in our wall and made sure it fit perfectly and worked perfectly. Couldn’t be happier. I have previous happy experiences with Wyatt Works and today was no exception. Kyle came out and repaired a damaged power line and installed new outdoor poles and light fixtures. He was meticulous and took extra time to find and order a new kitchen fan. I can say wholeheartedly that this company is fair, honest and performs outstanding work. They are our go-to company. Our salesman, Adam Shunk was not only knowledgeable, professional, and on time, he was personable. He carefully explained what the process was, what he could do today to assess the problem and how things would go in the next steps. We couldn’t be happier! (Ok, no one is happy about a big plumbing issue, but we are confident that Wyatt Works will be able to fix it all!) When we had all the interior and exterior sewer lines replaced, we got a text each time a technician was on the way and and email with their photo and bio. Communication was so good! But all the guys working on this big project were so kind and so expert, I can't say enough. I'd like to do a special thank you to Zac, who brought his power washer after they were done to clean up the muddy remains on the driveway. Today (5/30/25) Trenton Hauenstein from Wyatt Electrical came out and fixed the wiring in a bathroom we are re-doing. He was professional, well prepared and made the helpful suggestion to add a light in the shower. I am thrilled!

We had two repairs, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. They required a new pipe, snaking, and some re-attachment to repair three leaks. The service person was great, apologies for forgetting his name. He was knowledgeable, polite and very thorough. Service was provided within 24 hours. We were satisfied with the work done. May 12 2026 I had an issue with an outdoor lamppost and chose Wyatt Works because I had a great experience the last call for plumbing. Trenton and Andrew were wonderful. Pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. They answered my numerous questions and gave me suggestions for the the future without fear tactic sales pressure. Thank guys.

We had a sump pump fail and was not noticed for a few days until the water was a foot deep in the basement. Called Wyatt Works and they got a technician out in less than 2 hours. Very responsive. He got the water drained out of the basement, new sump pump installed and up and running. Jean, the technician, was very professional and worked until the job was satisfactorily completed. Great service.

I was pleased with the service and technicians who replaced the sub-pump outtake pipe. The job included replacing the pipe from the house to the street. They were friendly and considerate when entering to do work in the interior of my home. I was very satisfied with the results.

I called because I couldn't relight my water heater after it overflowed and I turned it off. They were able to come same day, replied almost immediately when I reached out for a quote, let me know when they were on their way with the information of the technician coming. Jean came quickly, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to help me get the heater up and going again within about 20 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back if/when I have other needs you guys can cover. I really appreciate it. 🙏

Professional and friendly service, I found this company through AI, and they've been serving the Cleveland area for 46 years - they're trustworthy and honest，Adam and Ben explained everything, including what repairs would be needed later on, and they gave me a lot of knowledge about sewers. I feel like I've become an expert on sewers now.😁Especially Adam - he explained to me what was causing the water leak and saved me from unnecessary repairs.
