Communication before and during work were very good. Technician Zach was prompt, clean, worked hard to clear the issues up with no drainage from upstairs. Pricing / estimates were given prior to work start. Scheduled follow up appointment prior to technician departure. Overall experience was good, fairly priced, and treated me with respect throughout.

I have had the pleasure of working with Wyatt works, not once but twice in the last couple of years and been able to interact with a few of their employees. Let me tell you, they are an A+ operation that is genuinely interested in serving you AND your home well. The quality of employee they have is top notch and no matter who I spoke with, they were kind, explained things in great detail and offered me solutions for repairing all of my plumbing issues or just the ones I called them out for. On our previous home I had Edward Wright come out back in 2022 and he ended up redoing 100% of my plumbing in the basement due to original installation being poor craftsmanship and I was pleased with their service and speed. and just recently in April of 2024, I had Jean Thermitus out to my home and was so grateful to have his expertise in diagnosing my issues and promptly fixing them all while having a gear conversation. Grateful for all of you at Wyattworks and it is clear that the owners take great care of the staff with how I have been treated as a homeowner. 🙏

Edward arrived from Wyatt Plumbing today after I put in a non-emergency request less than an hour beforehand! I was delighted to have this be a repeat visit from Edward (Even though repeat visits from any plumber are not what anyone wants!) whom I now know as a familiar face and a Shaker resident. Another plumbing company had serviced my Koehler sink and devised a solution to prevent the drain from stopping up. The “solution” had ceased to work. Now I needed a more permanent remedy for bathroom sink drain clogging. Edward discussed the options with me and the costs. I chose what I think is a better solution that will prevent the problem from reoccurring and we were off to the races. My sink drain cover is now porous and it catches much of what went down the pipe and clogged it in the past. He performed several other routine checks on furnace emissions, etc. I am now done with the repair and it is not even lunchtime. Bravo to Edward and to Wyatt Plumbing, my plumber of 43 years!

Mr Edward Wright did a wonderful job installing my tankless water heater today. Very professional installer. Very particular to details about how it looked and performed after installation was finished. He cleaned up when job was completed.
