Austin was courteous, gave us options, explained what he was doing, and did a great job fixing our leaky shower.

The plumber was on time friendly and shared several options with me on my requested service.

Communication was easy and quick. They responded in minutes to our request. We had an appointment quickly and all without ever talking to anyone. Their system sends email, text and they also call to make sure you are aware about timing so you can plan your day. Our tech Andrew D. Was great, we was polite and knowledgeable. He got to work right away, did a thorough inspection of our issue which was that many of our outlets stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot by resetting breakers, he quickly diagnosed that we had a second breaker box. While that wasn’t the issue, it was a good next step as he diagnosed the problem. Finally after some time, and taking apart many outlets he found the issue. He fixed it quickly, tested all the outlets to confirm the fix and even vacuumed some dust that had been created from his work. And for all that work, it was a reasonable amount to get our outlets working. Highly recommend!!

We recently had an issue with a leak in our gas line gas company wouldn't let our gas stay on until repairs were made. Wyatt works sent a really nice technician out the same day who took his time and gaurenteed his work. When the gas company came back out they discovered a issue and I called Wyatt works who sent the same guy out right away, he found the problem, completely owned his mistake and took care of it and came back out again, after gas company came out to inspect to confirm everything was good and checked to make sure my furnace was on and doing what it should. Very professional, backed up what he said and went above and beyond. My only complaint would be the ai when you call or text with an issue and are trying to get a human, alot gets lost in translation if not speaking to a human.

David was very professional answering all my questions and explaining all options. Very pleased.

Jesse was terrific. He explained all he needed to do and finished the job in a quick and orderly fashion. He was very polite and I would specifically ask for him if other jobs are needed in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Wyatt Works! Brett was the first technician to come out and inspect my water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue. He correctly determined that the problem was electrical rather than with the water heater itself, which saved me from replacing something that wasn’t actually broken. Dawson came out afterward and replaced the circuit breaker, and now my hot water is working perfectly again! Both Brett and Dawson were courteous, honest, and efficient throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their expertise and how they explained everything clearly. It’s hard to find companies you can truly trust, but Wyatt Works earned my confidence.
