Alex Puff was excellent! He clearly knew his business and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to alleviate all my concerns and gave me great peace of mind letting me know that my plumbing/drainage system was sound! ... I addition, he was polite, very respectful, and funny! Plus my dog loved him!!! Thx again Alex!!!

July 7. Tim came back to continue solving a subtle difficult problem: hot water heat too slow to the master bathroom. After initial evaluation and preliminary valve replacement, Austin shared the problem with the master plumber Tim. Our recirculating pump was worn out plus the flow from returning hot water needed balanced. I am not sure O can explain this fully though Tim drew diagrams and showed which pipes were involved. So with a new recirculating pump and balanced flow, we finally have licked the problem! We have hot HOT water almost at once in our taps throughout the 3 story house we love. Austin was a good plumber and was courteous and friendly. My only complaint was the cost of the service. We went from a $93 snake service to a $700 snake service with an additional trap added to the basement pipe. That price included the senior discount. Definitely an expense I wasn't counting on spending so soon after moving into our home.

David was the technician. He installed a bidet and added a regulator to the water tank. He was super knowledgeable and so pleasant! Definitely recommend!!!

Service was thorough and informative. Technician was very nice. I was presented with written quotes, and there was no pressure.

Oi have used Wyatt works several times. They are reasonably priced and do a very good job! Very pleased and besides plumbing they do hvac as well! I had great experience each time with very professional and courteous workers!

Austin was honestly one of the nicest and most honest service providers I have had. He quickly (and economically) fixed our main concern and then helped resolve another issue by providing us with options and different prices. I will request him specifically the next time we call.

They are very friendly and give excellent information and options. They came to do the estimate the same day. Diagnose the problem quickly.

Our toilet was blocked. Called Wyatt Works and explained problem and asked for a quote. Very reasonable quote. Theo came out and sat down with us and explained procedure, risks and price. Very professional. Had company uniform. Clean cut and very articulate. He immediately brought in equipment and used shoe covers. Very considerate. He fixed problem and we paid as quoted. Another employee came out after job was done and used a camera snake to make sure no further problems. Included in price. Very impressed with this company. Would highly recommend. Theo was great!

Technician was very nice. He showed me everything that he did and checked everything for me gas the water and Help put the TV back on the fridge because he did a copper line for my icemaker to the basement to put it up to code He also put a shut off valve behind my stove and upgraded the one in the basement. He was very knowledgeable and what he was doing. I had a very good experience.

We had a gas leak concern on the exterior pipe coming into the house and WyattWorks was the only company that could get someone out to us quickly. Also, one of the only companies that I was able to talk to a *real person* right off the bat. We had a technician out within an hour or 2 of our initial call. Jean was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He truly excelled at his job and we are happy customers!
