Jean did a great job and was very helpful. He was very personable and gave recommendations for additional work that we need to have done.

Jon and Dylan did an HVAC tuneup for me and it was a great experience. All my questions were answered and explained in a way that made sense. They were also accommodating to my work-from-home schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Jackson was fantastic. He gave me the options available for the issues that need to be addressed in the future, then took care of the clogged drain in minutes. He is a pleasant young man who performs his duties in a professional manner.

Excellent customer service. Prompt and welcoming scheduling for an initial visit to assess the scope of the job (kitchen sink replacement). The plumbing technician Dave was very thorough and thoughtful in his assessment and recommendations. He also identified some additional services to bring our plumbing system up to code and to function more effectively. Dave was extremely diligent in finding a replacement sink that had a unique configuration--but he did it! In less than a week the job was done! Dave was meticulous in his installation work, and very attentive to the details and performance of the new sink, faucet, and disposal unit. This was a terrific and very satisfying experience.

The technician was most pleasant and explained everything that he noticed. He was only here to do a plumbing evaluation of the home. He gave some excellent insights about the workings of the home. I would highly recommend him again. He replaced a leaky faucet for one of our bathroom sinks, and also replaced four turn off valves for the supply lines for both sinks.

Austin was here for quite awhile trying to clear our backed up bathroom sinks. He was young but very knowledgeable about the cause of the problem and what should be done to avoid it in the future. He also cleaned up completely when he finished.

Consulted with Pete for the proper back up sump system for our home. Very thorough discussing the options.

Alex provided great service and the price was fair. Eva in dispatch did a good job making sure a tech was able to keep my appointment even resources today were tight.

Wyatt Works has been so helpful the two times we have used them. Both times have been due to a leaking tub and clogged drain (old house). Wasn’t super expensive both times and they were very communicative, professional, and kind. I always assume i’m getting ripped off but didn’t feel like that with them. Can’t speak to their more costly services but a thumbs up for a relatively easy fix.
