We had two old valves in the basement water maze. They were rusted badly from age, 95 years. David neatly cut them out and replaced w copper pipe and the quarter turn ball valves we like. He also pondered and diagnosed an odd problem we have had for years, namely that the kitchen sink cold water tap ran warm for 30 seconds each morning, annoying the coffee maker me. He thought of and investigated and consulted on the phone before recommending a one-way valve in the line that kept hot water out of the cold line. Something like that …. Anyway the result was neat and solved the problem. Yay! 5 stars.

Kyle, my service technician was extremely polite. He asked what needs to be done. Quoted me a price with options and completed the work very efficiently and professionally, and even cleaned the floor behind the refrigerator where the work had to be done at. he also brought everything else up to code. Wyattworks might not be the Cheapest, but they do the best work and it’s done right the first time.

Have used Wyatt Plumbing several times and all of the people are knowledgeable and professional. Ben actually said I did not need to do the work I had ordered and saved us the money we would have spent on it. Will continue to use Wyatt for all plumbing and HVAC.

The technician was most pleasant and explained everything that he noticed. He was only here to do a plumbing evaluation of the home. He gave some excellent insights about the workings of the home. I would highly recommend him again. He replaced a leaky faucet for one of our bathroom sinks, and also replaced four turn off valves for the supply lines for both sinks.

Austin was very professional and took on this 100 yr old brass kitchen facet! It's still not dripping!! Thank you Austin!

Had to have all 7 smoke detectors replaced and an outlet replaced. The only complaint is that when I made the appointment through the chat option, I said that I needed them to bring the smoke detectors. This was not relayed to the electrician and he had to go purchase them. Nothing that I talked about via the chat was relayed to the electrician. Maybe get rid of making appointments that way.
