When the gas company came back out they discovered a issue and I called Wyatt works who sent the same guy out right away, he found the problem, completely owned his mistake and took care of it and came back out again, after gas company came out to inspect to confirm everything was good and checked to make sure my furnace was on and doing what it should. Very professional, backed up what he said and went above and beyond. My only complaint would be the ai when you call or text with an issue and are trying to get a human, alot gets lost in translation if not speaking to a human.
