Very good customer service from the first call through the appointment and fix. They also did not try to oversell or scare me into fixes that weren’t necessary. I would call again if plumber needed.

I have been using wyatt plumbing since 2018. I had a ten year guarantee water heater put in and recently a new faucet replaced in my basement and my shower head put on my downstairs shower. I dont have to go out and buy the parts they have everything. There is always a warranty with their work. More than one year. Thank you! Sunday Scarbrough

I had a broken water heater, so I called Wyatt Works Plumbing. They provided a same-day assessment and scheduled a water heater replacement for the next day since it was the end of the week. Ben and Joe were excellent throughout the process!

I will never hire another plumbing company other than Wyatt Works! They are everything you hear about on the commercials and then some! Just awesome! Friendly, professional, they know their business and honest w/o any bs.

Engaged WyattWorks for a water tank flush. It was very easy to set an appointment, the communication was excellent. Great introduction to the technician that was going to show up , with terrific follow up. The technician fully explained the procedure to me with cost. While here the technician also checked my pipes and valves as well as the age of my water heater. I know the flush of my water tank will help extend its life. There was no hard sell, simply a stating of facts with options. I will be contacting Wyattworks in the future to replace some valves.

Our salesman, Adam Shunk was not only knowledgeable, professional, and on time, he was personable. He carefully explained what the process was, what he could do today to assess the problem and how things would go in the next steps. We couldn’t be happier! (Ok, no one is happy about a big plumbing issue, but we are confident that Wyatt Works will be able to fix it all!) When we had all the interior and exterior sewer lines replaced, we got a text each time a technician was on the way and and email with their photo and bio. Communication was so good! But all the guys working on this big project were so kind and so expert, I can't say enough. I'd like to do a special thank you to Zac, who brought his power washer after they were done to clean up the muddy remains on the driveway.

David L. showed up at the time promised and quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem with my kitchen sink. He then did a full house plumbing inspection. During this inspection another problem was found. He then presented me with options for repair. I chose what I wanted him to do and he fixed both problems within 4 hours. He did a great job and left my house completely clean in the areas he worked in. I would highly recommend WyattWorks plumbing as a company and David L. as a plumbing technician.
