David Light knocked out my plumbing issues with professionalism and efficiency. The job was a 50 gallon hot water tank with power vent replacement, an external sump pump replacement and a repair for an external shut off valve. Kept his card in case any friends or family have any plumbing needs.

WyattWorks Plumbing responded immediately to my leaking water heater. The tech was easy to talk to. He was very professional and efficient. He explained what he could do and the options I could choose from. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Justin did a Fantastic job with our issue. And gave us some additional information on what other services are available. Which we are going to schedule with them!

My tech David light had amazing customer service, and was very informational, and was very thorough with explaining everything, and going over all the great work he was doing. Made sure everything was done perfect, and that he double check over all is work and cleaned up after! I great appreciate everything he did!

David Light was friendly, professional, thorough when explaining my options and very polite. He did a great job with getting my toilet up and working again. The company clearly hires the best! I appreciated the great communication with letting me know when they would arrive at my property. He was on time and got the job done in just about an hour. Came out the same day I called!!! On my most recent WyattWorks call out, JeN and Michael responded. They did a full house plumbing inventory before addressing the two issues I thought needed repair. They found a third that I had totally forgotten and we were able to get that repair added to the list. We discussed several additional options but elected not to tackle those at this time. I like this business model, because it treats the homeowner as an informed decision-maker and it helps to ensure that no plumbing issues are missed. Additionally, Jean shared much appreciated tips for maintaining my washing machine and garbage disposal in a cleaner condition. I have used WyattWorks now for 40 years. Whenever I stray to another plumbing service for whatever reason, I have concluded that I pay the same price and often have to have the issue readdressed. I am sticking with Wyatt. Their employees treat me like part of their family and I am always an equal partner! Edward arrived from Wyatt Plumbing today after I put in a non-emergency request less than an hour beforehand! I was delighted to have this be a repeat visit from Edward (Even though repeat visits from any plumber are not what anyone wants!) whom I now know as a familiar face and a Shaker resident. Another plumbing company had serviced my Koehler sink and devised a solution to prevent the drain from stopping up. The “solution” had ceased to work. Now I needed a more permanent remedy for bathroom sink drain clogging. Edward discussed the options with me and the costs. I chose what I think is a better solution that will prevent the problem from reoccurring and we were off to the races. My sink drain cover is now porous and it catches much of what went down the pipe and clogged it in the past. He performed several other routine checks on furnace emissions, etc. I am now done with the repair and it is not even lunchtime. Bravo to Edward and to Wyatt Plumbing, my plumber of 43 years!
