He performed what I can only describe as a "Marine Corps belly crawl" multiple times in tight, difficult conditions to get the job done right. Beyond the repair, he installed a new regulator and a new emergency shut-off valve, ensuring our home is safer than he found it. Responsive, Flexible, Professional, Quality - Technician came to assess problem the same day we called. Brian spent time to investigate issue, explain options and pricing and the materials that would be used and how the work would be performed. Team showed up as scheduled. When problems were encountered, team (Caleb and Reagan) pivoted and found a solution. When work could not be completed in same day, team showed flexibility and implemented a temporary fix. When Caleb was unable to return to finish due to a scheduling conflict, Brian stepped in to ensure continuity and finish the job. At all times, all team members demonstrated professionalism, answered homeowners questions and kept homeowner fully informed of progress. Final work product met high standard of quality.

Called about replacing original shower fixtures. They offered to come same day but we opted for a later date. Discovered that an old water heater was beyond warranty and rusting at the bottom and at risk of rupturing. Set up a date for a few days later and had all repairs and replacements installed in one day. Very thorough and documented all of their work with pictures. (Appreciated being saved a trip to a cold crawl space to see the new, insulated water heater.) Had never used them before, but they’ll have a new loyal customer.

We needed a light switch and an outlet replaced. Trenton came and offered an inspection of the fuse box where he found a very dangerous situation that we were not aware of. Within two hours everything was fixed. Plus we were given options for other things to consider. We can`t say enough great things about this place. Even their hold music.
