I can't say enough good things about our experience with WyattWorks Plumbing in Charlotte, especially Seth and his team. Our water bill had skyrocketed to nearly five times its normal amount, and we had spent four frustrating months trying to figure out why. We contacted several plumbing and leak detection companies along the way. Some never answered, others were rude over the phone, and a few simply told us they weren't equipped to handle our problem. Then we called WyattWorks. Seth came out and quickly determined that the leak was somewhere outside the house, between the water meter and the house itself. After discussing our options, we decided to replace the entire water line and scheduled the work for the following morning. When the crew arrived, they began excavating near the meter and the house to prepare for the new line. During that process, they actually discovered the leak in our 20-year-old pipe. —Here's where WyattWorks really earned our respect.— Rather than proceeding with the more expensive replacement we had already agreed to, they showed us the problem and explained that they could simply repair the damaged section. **The final cost was less than 20% of what we had originally been prepared to spend!**. And when they were finished they left the premises as if nothing had taken place at all. Elijah & Walker performed the repairs and they were so pleasant and respectful! I want to personally thank Seth and his crew, not only for their responsiveness and professionalism, but especially for their **honesty and integrity**. They had every opportunity to proceed with the much larger job, and we would have been none the wiser. Instead, they did what was right for their customer. That kind of integrity is increasingly difficult to find, and frankly, it's what we valued most about this entire experience. WyattWorks has earned our trust, our gratitude, and our future business. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great experience with Wyatt Plumbing services. Eric, Elijah, and Drew were very attentive to the job and did their best not to disturb our property anymore than absolutely necessary. The sub that worked on the job Luke was the same way, (very respectful of our property). Theses guys are not your normal plumbers, (let's just say they didn't have the saggy paints that a lot of plumbers are known for, i.e. nicely dressed. Also they were all very courteous. This was a big job they replaces our main water line from the street it is over 450 feet that crossed our driveway. Thanks for a great experience, we'll see you next time we need your services.

I received excellent service today. My call was answered promptly, and I received calls from Joe and Seth to let me know the time frame that someone would be arriving. Eric arrived earlier than expected and was very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed my water leak issue and went over several options with me. This company understands how to provide excellent customer service. From the first phone call to the text messages giving us updates on the arrival of our technician. Everyone was extremely friendly and gave us the feeling that our issue was their only concern of the day. Our technician was great and we really enjoyed chatting with him and we never felt like we were holding him up from his next job. The price to come out, investigate our issue and advise us on the solution was much lower than I anticipated. I feel like we made a friend today and will definitely call them again. Definitely recommend!!

We had a good experience with Joe from Wyatt Works. He arrived on time, was very professional and explained what it will take for him to fix the plumbing in two of our sinks. The pipes underneath our sinks were old and needed to be replaced. One sink was draining very slowly. We decided to replace the pipes underneath each sink as well as have him install new faucets. It took awhile to complete the work, but we are very satisfied. I highly recommend using Wyatt Works and especially Joe Shore, who was attentive to our needs and very pleasant in following through our requests and needs.

Cole was an absolute pleasure to have at my house. Not only did he respond quickly to my emergency call, but he also did phenomenal work with the repair that needed to be done. He and I had great conversations and it felt like I was talking to a friend not a strange man in my house. He explained the issues to my understanding, the repairs needed and why, and came the next day to complete them. He was also so patient and kind with my dogs who demanded his attention and friendship at all times. I can go on and on about how wonderful he was but I’ll end this by simply stating WyattWorks is very lucky to have Cole working for them. Thanks again, Cole!

Had been told of a leak by the local water meter reader. Called Wyatt Works to investigate. They were very knowledgeable and thorough in their steps. Finally determined no leak on the property. Very respectful and courteous service! Since no leak was found the charge was zero. They’ll have my business into the future!

In search of experienced plumber to add plumbing for a new 2cd floor bath , I discovered Wyatt Works. Eric, a young Craftsman arrived on time with a genuine warm greeting and immediately put on his shoe covers. He is very knowledgeable, informative, polite, professional and Awesome! He designed a few options, complete with the full detailed explanation of the scope of the work and permits needed to work with my contractor. I Highly Recommend Wyatt Works!

Wyatt Works has my highest recommendation. Experiencing backups in basement drain after heavy rains, I used their $93 snaking offer as they cut through a number of root intrusions. Results were shown me with the camera scoping, worked so well , I gladly paid $93 more on the spot and had them clear another line, which also was scoped. Ben did the Snaking and Adam did the camera, both super communicative, very personable, so professional. There was no limit to clear explanations and answering all questions. There was no pressure but they both did give me varying ideas for future maintenance and keeping the roots at bay. Without the camera scoping it can be a guess job on before and after results. Great team of young men from Brian the estimator and job coordinated to Ben the lead and the Caleb, Cole, and Elijah, and Drew team, they all were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with on my huge outdoor excavation for water and sewer install.
