In search of experienced plumber to add plumbing for a new 2cd floor bath , I discovered Wyatt Works. Eric, a young Craftsman arrived on time with a genuine warm greeting and immediately put on his shoe covers. He is very knowledgeable, informative, polite, professional and Awesome! He designed a few options, complete with the full detailed explanation of the scope of the work and permits needed to work with my contractor. I Highly Recommend Wyatt Works!

Wyatt Works has my highest recommendation. Experiencing backups in basement drain after heavy rains, I used their $93 snaking offer as they cut through a number of root intrusions. Results were shown me with the camera scoping, worked so well , I gladly paid $93 more on the spot and had them clear another line, which also was scoped. Ben did the Snaking and Adam did the camera, both super communicative, very personable, so professional. There was no limit to clear explanations and answering all questions. There was no pressure but they both did give me varying ideas for future maintenance and keeping the roots at bay. Without the camera scoping it can be a guess job on before and after results. We had a plumbing emergency at our office and first called another local company. They came out, made the problem much worse, broke our toilet, and then tried to charge us for their mistake. We were beyond frustrated. I called Wyatt Works Plumbing and Seth personally got Eric and Cole out to us the same day. Great team of young men from Brian the estimator and job coordinated to Ben the lead and the Caleb, Cole, and Elijah, and Drew team, they all were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with on my huge outdoor excavation for water and sewer install. Competent, and agreeable to get the job done right. 5 stars for this Plumbing team. I will use them again.

My technician, Pablo, was efficient and skilled at the job required at my house. Pablo was especially helpful in his communication. He left detailed notes that outlined exactly what was done, what the remaining issue was, and what we needed to do in order to proceed. My high-end kitchen faucet required replacement parts, and dealing with the manufacturer turned into a frustrating ordeal due to their reluctance to honor the warranty. Throughout the process, Phillip remained patient and persistent. His thorough documentation of each service visit proved invaluable in ultimately securing the replacement we needed. Beyond his technical expertise, Phillip is personable and easy to work with. He communicates clearly, follows through on every detail, and genuinely cares about resolving the issue the right way. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend his services.

I cannot say enough about the incredible job Brett Roy did repairing a gas leak in our home. This wasn't a simple fix; the line ran from our dryer directly to the main connection, located in the absolute lowest part of our crawl space. Brett didn't hesitate for a second. He performed what I can only describe as a "Marine Corps belly crawl" multiple times in tight, difficult conditions to get the job done right. Beyond the repair, he installed a new regulator and a new emergency shut-off valve, ensuring our home is safer than he found it. Why Brett stands out: Thoroughness: He didn't just fix the leak; he upgraded the system to ensure long-term safety. Professionalism: He stayed on-site to wait for the gas company inspection, ensuring every inch of his work passed code perfectly. Cleanliness: He left the workspace spotless. As usual WyattWorks did an amazing job installing our water filter system. It's amazing what the system is catching from the Fort Mill water system.

Responsive, Flexible, Professional, Quality - Technician came to assess problem the same day we called. Brian spent time to investigate issue, explain options and pricing and the materials that would be used and how the work would be performed. Team showed up as scheduled. When problems were encountered, team (Caleb and Reagan) pivoted and found a solution. When work could not be completed in same day, team showed flexibility and implemented a temporary fix. When Caleb was unable to return to finish due to a scheduling conflict, Brian stepped in to ensure continuity and finish the job. At all times, all team members demonstrated professionalism, answered homeowners questions and kept homeowner fully informed of progress. Final work product met high standard of quality.

They say you only get one chance to make a first impression and Courtney is your Ace in that department. Shannon showed up quickly and on point. She got all the wheels in motion with Leak Squad & Phantom Restoration. The job fell to Pablo & Elijah. They were on time and on point. Professional and courteous. I rarely give 5 stars but since you pulled this off with all parties - well done.

Called about replacing original shower fixtures. They offered to come same day but we opted for a later date. Discovered that an old water heater was beyond warranty and rusting at the bottom and at risk of rupturing. Set up a date for a few days later and had all repairs and replacements installed in one day. Very thorough and documented all of their work with pictures. (Appreciated being saved a trip to a cold crawl space to see the new, insulated water heater.) Had never used them before, but they’ll have a new loyal customer.
